OXYGEN ONLY INJECTOR

The Oxygen Only Injector (OOI) was developed by PTI for the EAF that either has no shrouding gas fuel available or fuel is astronomically expensive. The OOI operates typically at higher oxygen pressure than the standard injector. The higher pressure allows the same flow of oxygen to be injected into EAF at higher velocity.
